Phase I Academic Rota, PMC Parbhani · Last updated 15 October 2026
What this app is
An internal tool for Phase I MBBS teaching at PMC Parbhani. Heads of department record the sessions their department teaches and the internal assessment marks of their students; faculty and the Dean view the teaching record. It is used only by staff the college has registered. Students do not sign in.
What we store
- About staff: name, designation, department, work email address, role in the app, how you want to be reminded, and usage counts (see below).
- About teaching: session dates, times, rooms, batches, topics, competency codes and status, and a log of who changed what.
- About students: roll number, name, MUHS PRN, and internal assessment marks (including absences), with a record of every correction to a mark.
No attendance, contact details, health or financial information about students is stored.
Signing in
You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, a password you set, or "Continue with Google". With Google sign-in, the app receives only your name and email address from Google, to confirm you are a registered member of staff. It does not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
How it is used
Your email is used to sign you in, to remind you of your sessions — as Google Calendar invitations, an email the evening before, or both, as set by your HOD — and to show sessions on the department's Google Calendar. The app also records when each member of staff uses it — which screens they opened on which days, and whether on a phone or a computer — so the college can plan training. It does not record what you looked at. Only the administrator sees this. Information is not sold, shared with advertisers or used for any other purpose.
Where it is kept
Records are stored in a database hosted in Mumbai, India (Supabase), with a daily backup copy in the college's Google Drive. Access is limited by role: faculty see their own department's teaching record; HODs edit their own department. Student names and marks are visible only to the HOD of that subject, the Dean and the administrator — never to other faculty. Every change to a mark after it is first entered is logged with who made it and when.
Why student marks are kept
To compute internal assessment as required by the NMC Competency Based Medical Education curriculum (theory and practical, scaled for the university) and to identify students who need remedial support in time. Marks are kept as part of the college's academic record.
Your choices
Students who want to see or correct their marks can ask their HOD. To correct staff details or stop using the app, ask your HOD or the college administrator. When you are removed, you can no longer sign in; teaching records you were part of are kept as part of the college's academic record.
Who runs this app
The app is built and maintained for PMC Parbhani by ClinicalQI Healthtech LLP. The college decides who is registered and what is recorded.
